The client(s) agrees that 25% deposit is required to book the services and next payable amount after shoot within 2 days. In case of events cancellation, the paid amount will not be refundable.
Raw data delivery will be done after getting the payable amount. In case of, if client does not clear payable amount or don't give response regarding payable amount after shoot within 7 days, The WeddingShoot will be responsible only for 28 days (from shooting date) for your data. After that time, The WeddingShoot reserve the right to permanently delete all the data without notice and without the refunding of any fees paid.
After delivering a raw data, The WeddingShoot will be responsible only for 28 days for your data. Clients are urged to download/copy a backup of their event data as soon as possible. After that time, The WeddingShoot reserves the right to permanently delete all the data without notice and without the refunding of any fees paid. After that, The WeddingShoot will not provide any support regarding Data backup.
The client will receive all raw data on a hard drive or pen-drive provided by the client, or via One Drive. In case of missing files, or issues related to data quality, the Client must notify The WeddingShoot within 7 days. The WeddingShoot will not provide any support related to missing files and data quality after 7 days. The wedding video provided by us will be in full HD (1080p) resolution.
The WeddingShoot & team will endeavor to deliver digital/negative files as quickly as possible and after client image selection it takes up to 60 business days to deliver hard copies.
After receiving draft video/album soft copies/edited photos, the client needs to provide feedback for modifications or confirmation for final delivery within 7 days from the date of receiving the draft video/album soft copies/edited photos. In case of no feedback received on draft video/album soft copies/edited photos within 7 days, the shared draft video/album soft copies/edited photos will be considered for processing final delivery. Further deliveries will be delayed in case of delayed response from the client.
After delivering edited photos/album/final edited videos, The WeddingShoot will be responsible only for 7 days for your data. Clients are urged to copy a backup of their data as soon as possible. In case of missing files, or issues related to data/product quality, the Client must notify The WeddingShoot within 7 days. The WeddingShoot will not provide any support related to missing files and data/product quality after 7 days & reserves the right to permanently delete all the data without any notice.
We are providing only one times rework facility for post production work, Hence feedback on draft video/album soft copies/edited photos modifications to be shared carefully. Extra charges will be applicable in case of second time or any further modification requirement in draft video/album soft copies/edited photos.
The WeddingShoot delivers photos in the style they normally use. The WeddingShoot's editing encompasses colour grading of all selected images for the Client in Lightroom. Photos are edited for color, contrast, light, white balance and detail. The Photographer explicitly does not apply any extreme editing and only removes unwanted elements if they find this necessary.
The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with The WeddingShoot's style, and that their work is continually evolving and is of a unique and artistic nature. The Client acknowledges that the photos taken may be different from those taken in the past and that The WeddingShoot will use their expertise and artistic judgement to create images consistent with their vision of the wedding, which may be different from the Clients.
We provide wedding day services from 10:30 AM to 7:00 AM the next day. If you choose any one function other than the Wedding, you will receive 4 to 6 hours (Half Day) of service between 10:30 AM to 12:00 AM. If you choose two or more functions other than the Wedding, you will receive 10 to 12 hours (Full Day) of service within the same time window of 10:30 AM to 12:00 AM.
All photographic materials, such as original negatives, photos, videos or slides, shall be the exclusive property of The WeddingShoot. The WeddingShoot shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising, websites and self-promotion etc.
The WeddingShoot and any of his agents or third party associates will not be liable in the unlikely event that a problem arises, whether due to accident, loss of materials, acts of god, equipment or other failures. The WeddingShoot has working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. The WeddingShoot is not responsible for loss of data.
Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, The WeddingShoot will not be responsible for photos/videos that are not produced due to technical failure.
For a booking involving a ceremony at the church, temple, religious places or at certain venues, the photographer's movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge (venue/place). The area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer's choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.
It is possible that Drone photography/videography may require Police, Local Authority and/or official in charge (Venue/Places) permission to operate. Due to this The WeddingShoot only fly Drones once suitable permissions and legal access has been obtained/granted in order to operate safely. Such places where required a permission to fly drone, it is Client(s) responsibility to obtain the required permissions from Police, Local Authority and/or official in charge (Venue/Places) to fly Drones before 15 days of shooting date. A copy of which will be forwarded to The WeddingShoot to be kept on record. If Clients does not get the required permission to fly drone, The WeddingShoot will not be responsible for shoot and can't be forced to fly drones in such places, and no refund will be made.
If The WeddingShoot is unable to provide Drone services due to unexpected reasons beyond its control, The WeddingShoot will have limited responsibility and will only refund the Drone service charges of ₹6,000. However, The WeddingShoot will make every effort to fulfill the services.
In case of misbehave from client or guest The WeddingShoot reserve the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and will not be responsible to refund any amount paid by client. It is the responsibility of the client that The WeddingShoot can carry out their jobs without being harassed by guests/clients. The WeddingShoot will attempt to resolve the situation before seeking the assistance of the client. If a resolution can not be reached The WeddingShoot reserve the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and leave the venue. In case of a walkout the client is still entitled to compensate the remaining amount of the contract irrespective of the timing.
If the client choose photo sharing service option, It is the client's consent that The Wedding Shoot & Team may share photos (solo and group) of their guests to them taken during the event. The photos will be shared online via a link and will be valid for one week.
For wedding invitation videos, you must choose from the provided reference templates. Any customization beyond that will incur an extra charge.
Any directions issued to clients, their guests or employees during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at said person's own risk. The WeddingShoot cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.
It is the client's responsibility to take care of the children, The WeddingShoot will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting or consultation session.
Each photographer will be provided a full guest meal for any photography session. If no meal is provided, the photographer(s) reserves the right to go off-site for a meal for 90 minutes.
A 25% advance payment is required at the time of booking, and the remaining amount must be paid after the shoot is completed.
We will take around 30 posed shots, and you may suggest up to 30 additional poses.
The final edited photos and videos will be delivered within a maximum of 4 weeks after you have selected your final photos.
Photo editing includes standard color correction, lighting adjustments, and basic retouching. Advanced edits like background removal are not included.
Locations must be finalized at the time of booking, and no changes will be allowed on the shoot day. Any on-the-day location changes will incur a ₹5,000 fee per new location.
Clients must adhere to the agreed timing. If you arrive late, the number of photos or video duration may be reduced. Shoots will not extend beyond the scheduled time limits, and extra time will be charged and scheduled for another day.
Our charges cover only photography and videography services. Additional costs for things like boats, special locations, makeup artists, or other extras will be charged separately.
Drone usage is subject to conditions: if local authorities or weather conditions do not permit, or if there are political activities, we will not fly the drone.
If there is any conflict between this User Agreement and other documents, this User Agreement shall govern, whether such order or other documents is prior to or subsequent to this User Agreement, or is signed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative or agent of The WeddingShoot.
The terms of this agreement are solely governed by Indian law. In all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, India. Use of these Terms is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limiting this paragraph. All rights reserved.
